The idea to create Nenow Family Wines was born in the summer of 2014, shortly after Mike and Tracie Roesbery welcomed their second child. Sitting together in a hospital room with Tracie’s younger brother, Drew Nenow, the conversation turned—between new baby cuddles and future dreams—to wine. With a deep-rooted family passion for wine, it didn’t take long before they began imagining what it might look like to one day build something of their own.

With the encouragement of their loved ones, countless conversations, and plenty of hard work, the family purchased their first grapes in 2017—and Nenow Family Wines became a reality. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to create something lasting, rooted in family, and driven by quality, care, and love. That commitment shows up in every bottle.

The approach is simple: do what they love, and make really good wine.

The family sources fruit from vineyards that prioritize quality over quantity, choosing partners who farm with intention and integrity. From there, winemaker Drew lets the fruit lead the way, crafting wines that are honest, expressive, and full of character.
